Overview
Come to discover the Southern part of Tuscany, Tasting famous for the excellent Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and also renowned for producing the Syrah grape and the Syrah Wine of Cortona. The itinerary will take you through the many palaces, churches, and monuments that are to be found in this ancient walled town. We will enjoy a Tuscan lunch in the charming and elegant city of Cortona.
Itinerary
The Tour can start from Siena at 8:30 am.
Dynamic wine tour of 2 selected wineries, one for Cortona Syrah and one for Nobile di Montepulciano, with at least three wines for each tasting;
The private visit always includes a visit to the wine cellar, often with the chance to meet the wine owner of the farm.

Cortona
Cortona is a beautiful town of Etruscan origin,
located in the South of Tuscany in the province of Arezzo, about one hour’s drive from Siena.
Cortona became internationally famous worldwide for the book and then the romantic movie “Under the Tuscan Sun.” However, Cortona was already a popular tourist destination since the 70s.
The lands of Cortona are also famous for producing the Syrah grape and the Syrah Wine, considered an essential Italian example.
