Booking

Once you decide to book:

1) you'll need to give us your full name and address (just of the person booking) so we can send you your invoice

2) we'll request a deposit or full payment from Paypal where you can pay securely by credit card. If you prefer another means of payment, we can also accept bank transfers even if more costly for you and lengthy for us to receive...

3) To pay, please use the links on the separate pages or this one: (the Paypal pages may be in Italian so it's a good exercise for you to figure out some key words in Italian before you come!)

4) You will receive our confirmation and an invoice of your payment that you should keep and possibly bring for your tour, together with a print-out of when and where you are to meet your tour.

5) We care immensely about our customer service and so when an event is paid for, we will do our outmost to make sure it happens. In circumstance that an event must be cancelled, we will notify you by email (and possibly also at your hotel if you've given us correct information of where you are staying) and we will refund you fully.

7) We would love to hear your feed-back once you get home and you reflect on your trip. Our philosophy is to enrich traveler's stay in Siena and we would like to learn if you have any feed-back. Criticisms will be taken very seriously and we will review our activities if felt somehow not to satisfy our clients.
